Whirlpool ACE Stainfree 8.2 kg -- Shabby plastic

I had purchased Whirlpool Ace 8.2 Stainfree washing machine on January 16 2014. After 6 months of use, its dryer could not take up full load and started making noises even on putting half load. In September 2014 the dryer while spinning, broke one part of the washing machine plastic body as it was shaking violently. I had requested customer service to repair it at own cost as it is still under two year warranty. The complaint number is BG1114001453. But they showed me fine print in warranty card which excludes all plastic parts from warranty. Since the whole machine body is made of plastic basically its whole outer body is not covered under warranty. They have asked me to shell out Rs 2500 to Rs 3000 to replace the defective plastic part. When I refused and asked them to look at the dryer as it is an electric component they confirmed on Nov 27 2014 that the service engineer will come. But nobody has come to solve the issue.
